We offer Exchanges & Refunds

Miami Pro offers an Exchange/Refund service only if items are returned in perfect condition with in 2 weeks of purchase. Returned items must not have been worn,marked by deodorant spray or food or washed. Refunded items will be refunded in the same method of purchase. To make an Exchange/Refund simply return your unworn item/items in perfect condition with the Exchange form filled out. Returned items that are not in perfect original condition or are not in re-sellable condition will not be exchanged/refunded and will be returned to the customer. We aim to Exchange/Refund within 2 weeks of receiving your returned goods,if this will take longer we will contact you by email.

Customers must pay for the postage fee for their Exchanged item/items to be posted back to them. Postage fee's for Exchanges is the same cost as the original postage fee customers paid.

Terms & Conditions of Exchanges

-Clothes returned for exchanges MUST be in it's original perfect condition without it being worn,have any marks,deodorant stains ,have all tags and in it's plastic bag.
-Any clothes/items returned not in it's perfect condition will not be exchanged and will be sent back to buyer.
-Miami Pro reserves all rights to refuse to exchange any clothes/items retuned back that is not in it's original condition.
-Miami Pro does not cover your Postage cost to return clothes,this is down to the customer to pay postage costs.
-Miami Pro will not be held responsible for your returned items until we receive them. We highly recommend when returning items to use Royal Mail "Recorded Signed For" service.
-Miami Pro will only pay for the postage cost if you are returning a faulty item.(All items are checked for any errors before being sent out).
-If the size you are wanting to exchange is sold out or discontinued we will let you know by email within 1-6 days how long until that item is in stock.
-If the item you want is permently discontinued we will offer you a full refund.
-If there is a problem with your order preventing us from posting it, we will contact you within 1-6 working days of the order being received by us. Please make sure that you enter your email address correctly so we can contact you


-Standard delivery cost: 2.90 for "Recorded" Royal MAIL. Service in the UK only
-Delivery time in the U.K. is usually between 2-5 working days but allowed up to 15 working days (not including Saturday & Sunday or Public holidays).
-Special 48 hours delivery cost: 5.50 for "Recorded" Royal MAIL. Service in the UK only
-For European & Worldwide Delivery contact sales@miamipro.co.uk.
-If delivery time will be longer we will email you with 1-5 working days.
-We use Royal Mail "Recorded Signed For" service to post all items,make sure some-one is available to sign your parcel.
-Unsigned parcels will be returned back to your local Royal Mail Depo for you to collect.
-Miami Pro will not take any responsibility of unsigned parcels,this is the customers responsibility.
-Once you have placed you order you will get a confirmation email of your purchase.
-Once orders have been placed and the payment transaction has been done,we can not cancel your order.
-We will send out parcels to the address given to us by you on the Billing page,please make sure ALL of your details are correct on the billing page,Miami Pro will not take any responsibility for incorrect address deliveries.
